Complete your coaching agreement and initial assessments (about 45-60 minutes), then we will meet for your Foundation Session to begin your personalized journey.
Common Questions: Individual Coaching
How do sessions work?
We meet weekly via Zoom for 60 minutes. You’ll receive prep questions 48 hours before each session to help us use our time effectively.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Reschedule with 24 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time that week.
Can I upgrade or extend my program?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Intro to Focus and extend or upgrade as their needs evolve.
What’s the time commitment?
Beyond weekly sessions, plan for 15-20 minutes daily for implementation and reflection. All materials adapt to your schedule and energy.
What if I’m not ready for a full program?
We offer a stand-alone Mental Load & Focus Strategy Session for quick-hit problem-solving or to experience coaching before committing to a full program.
